So happy to find a decent Kway Chap, the broth was great. This is their Saturday dish alongside with Duck Rice wasn’t prepared yet when we visited, check out my previous review for that. Ask for no egg as usual. The wide flat rice noodles tasted clean and the broth hits well. The tofu tasted like it was stewed hours on end. The uncle was super nice and gave us a free sample of another dish but that had egg so my mom had it. He also played a lot of Teresa Teng to set the Saturday mood 💆🏻‍♀️ #veganuary
