Yes, that is really what it’s called! 😆 I think Gabriel’s redid their menu and now there are so many funny names!! This dish is similar to the ol’ tofu scramble, but it has an added cilantro pesto. Yum! They may have changed some other things too, can’t remember. It’s such a big meal, I ate it for 2 meals. Shoutout to @maggiehertzberg for the pro-tip of filtering my food pics to make them look better! Hope I did a good job lol
