This is the type of ice cream cone I grew up eating. After going vegan, I’d been feeling like I was missing out on this treat, until I finally saw this in the store!

It’s gluten-free, but you can’t even tell.

My boyfriend’s family is from Ecuador and he said it tastes like the ice cream there, when they make it with water instead of milk. Makes sense, since it has water at the top of the ingredient list rather than a nut milk. It does have coconut though! He wasn’t the biggest fan, but I’m obsessed. It even has the characteristic, supremely satisfying solid chocolate chunk in the bottom of the cone 🥰 #veganuary
