Tortilla de Yuca (Cassava) by El Trapiche, they have frozen products. It's super handy, you just buy the vegan products they have and depending on the products you can stir fry it, use airfryer, use the oven or fry. We made it with the Vegan Veef from Masa Padre (local vegan product) and Tofu Scramble on top. #veganuary
