all the veggies were cooked well, bai cai and cabbage had a number of stems but fortunately the stems were not too hard.

only gripe is the limited protein choices available. they had a couple of tofu dishes but all had meat in them and the only other non-meat protein available was egg :x glad that the beancurd dish came out just as i was ordering - it was strips of beancurd skin w slices of cucumber and onion. was okay but it felt more like a salad so doesnt exactly accompany the other dishes and rice that well haha
