Vegan Tofu Scramble at Bloom Cafe — Angelica Bianca's Review (Jan 26, 2021)

Delicious tofu scramble with veggies, vegan cheese, and one slice of toast. They really know what they’re doing here in regards to plant based options (and other dietary restrictions like gf, low sugar, etc). Great coffee as well. Excellent staff and service!
