Served with vegan butter rotis (Indian flat bread), this is the vegan version of the most popular Indian meat curry made in a smooth buttery and tomato based gravy. This curry didn’t disappoint at all and was as rich as its non vegan counterpart, sans the cruelty.

The curry is made with a combination of mock meat pieces and soya chaap (which is prepared using soybean chunks and flour). The best part of this dish was the dough wrapped around wooden piece to give meat lovers an experience like they were eating real meat.

The dish seems small, but is really filling but serves two. And it goes well with your regular rice or bread.
