Review of Matisse Vegan at Cidadão do Mundo Burgers & Arts by klads

The picture doesn't do justice to it's taste. I sadly couldn't do any better since it was delivered to my house.
This is a vegan burguer made of beans and soy protein with vegan mayo, cashew nuts cheese and mushroom confit. It tastes really good and it's a very generous portion. Sadly the burguer itself wasn't as good as it used to be, it was kinda dry (probably overcooked). Still, it's one of the best ones in this city. #curitiba #hamburguer #burger
