The first supermarket vegan quiche!! I've been waiting for this day - I usually make my own but this one tasted so different & I especially enjoyed the topping which was crunchy after I cooked it a little in the oven. £3.50 isn't bad for a quiche this size, which could be my lunch for 4 days at work 👍 1/4 of this is definitely big enough per portion. #veganuary
