$16.90? I think. opt for no egg for vegan! okay so we came for the experience HAHAHA saw videos of the ramen going up in flames right in front of people’s eyes WAS SO COOL and honestly service 10/10 like the staff was so enthusiastic and friendly!!! basically they do the whole fire performance thing at a separate table then they help you bring it back to your table. anyway taste wise - not bad! I haven’t had actual ramen from a ramen place in forever and had intense cravings for it, and this satisfied my cravings quite well! the broth was a shoyu one, that my parents said tasted quite similar to the usual non veg shoyu. super flavorful broth without being overly salty imo! although I did enjoy tonkotsu more before turning veg😪 the noodles were springy and chewy and exactly how I like my ramen noodles hehe. amount of spring onions they gave were INSANE I think they can tone it down because it’s too much HAHA. actyally idk if I like that this was a fire ramen bc I could taste a subtle burnt taste which was very strange and I didn’t really like it? it was like burnt alcohol-ish. also a bit oily so nutrition is like a 0/5 HAHAHAH honestly ill come back just for a veggie ramen, but I wouldn’t want the fire part tbh HAHAHHAHA plus the wait was a bit long even though the queue was quite short, because the fire thing was done in small batches and the place was quite small #veganuary

waisum never heard of this place before but sounds epic lol. feel the same about tonkotsu vs shoyu 😢 haven't come across a veg tonkotsu yet apart from the instant ramen from donki1 likeReply

waisum I think I’ve tried 2 so far and the one with the pink packaging smells/tastes the closest to tonkotsu! Which reminds me I should review it soon 😅Reply
