It was my first time trying vegan mozzarella. There wasn’t much of a taste/flavor it was mostly about the texture of mozzarella. I served it with tomatoes, basil and olive oil and it was a hit (even without the cheesy taste)! 🥳

julesbateman This is my favourite vegan alternative for pizza and other dishes! Cant find it here where I live sadly. Little tip: never keep it unused in the fridge for more than 3-4 days. I made this mistake and because it didn’t change smell or taste (like other rice based products) I got a TERRIBLE food poisoning years ago. Literally the closest experience to death 😆 so please be careful! 2 likesReply
