wish this was a main instead of an appetizer, it was good! the rice was fluffy and sticky and the dollop of pineapple chutney gave it a lil sour edge that felt just right. however at $8 for three pieces of sushi (with halved luncheon slices too), it just feels a little expensive especially knowing a pack of omnimeat costs $8+. #veganuary
