After reviewing the cheddar version on abv, fellow vegans recommended the white cheddar style. It did not disappoint!! Tasted great- but mostly impressed by the protein content! It’s only downfall is the need to add ‘vegan, buttery spread’ - which takes a little bit away from the otherwise healthy ingredients. But - very much a fan. #veganuary #macandcheese #moderntable
