Review of Truffle Risotto at Joie by tancoul

The risotto itself could be a little softer/more cooked. At first I was a little disappointed that the truffle flavour was on the lighter side, but turned out to be well balanced as the dish didn't become jelat like other truffle risottos I've had! #veganuary
