Really enjoyed this! It's like the Beyond Burger's cheaper cousin. It's *much* better than the Trader Joe's Hi-Protein frozen burgers-- of which I personally cannot palate at all. Not as good as the Beyond Burger, but it's cheaper and gets the job done.
The outside browns but the inside remains pink. You can serve it like you would a regular burger!
