I'm always happy to have a vegan option in the salad kit selection of the store. This one is particularly tasty. Each ingredient is heavily seasoned, even the wonton strips burn a little if you taste them before you toss it all together. This is proof that it's possible to have creamy dressing without dairy. These salads were three for $10 this week---what a deal!
