Lovely very sweet staple cake, the frosting was lovely and I'm pretty sure it's not coconut cream because it didn't smell like it so that made me happy (if it's coconut cream it was very neutral and lovely!) I think this was the only vegan cake but would love to see them make more! Very generous serving size and great with coffee. 😊
