Review of Vegetable Sashimi (Cold Dish) at Joie by tancoul

We were most excited about this sashimi platter hehe. Tbh only the 'salmon' (made from carrots) tasted anything like sashimi (very much I would say). However, everything else still tasted so good even if they don't resemble sushi. Who knew coconut would taste so good dipped in soy sauce?!? Not a fan of the shooter personally but the overall platter was pretty amazing #veganuary
