Absolutely delicious dish with purely whole foods (other than the tiny bit of melted vegan cheese topping hehe)!! I am in love. The servings of veggies were really generous. Everything in the stack was roasted really well. I especially liked the pumpkin slices which were thick and flavourful. I love that they had broccolini too!!! I highly recommend this. This cost $23++.
