Veganized Island Rice Bowl at Rumba Island Bar & Grill — rachel's Review (Jan 12, 2021)

This dish tasted amazing—it had coconut rice, pickled onions and cabbage, potatoes, and green onions, and I asked for black beans instead of one of the meat options. It also came with a crispy plantain chip, which was great. It wasn’t a lot of food though, and this was the only vegan option I could find on the menu.
