Veganized Island Rice Bowl at Rumba Island Bar & Grill — plants's Review (Jan 12, 2021)

I asked to replace the meat in this dish with black beans to make it vegan. The dish was fantastic with a fried plantain, rice, and a variety of veggies. The portions were a little small compared to many US restaurants, but I would definitely go here again! #veganuary
