Betel Leave Wrapped Beef at Fina's 2 — clarissanair's Review (Jan 11, 2021)

This is a great entrée. The “beef” is wrapped in betel leave and fried. Super delicious with the lettuce wrap, mint and pickled carrot and daikon.
