Review of Tofu Mac Cheesy - Green Guru by compassionate1candy

I really loved this veganized version of a macaroni and cheese. I opted to heat/cook it in the oven. The meal came out deliciously crispy on the top.
Will definitely purchase this one again, something nice to keep in the freezer for when I don't feel like cooking.

2023 update : I tried cooking this in the airfryer and it's absolutely amazing. The surface goes crispy and somehow the flavours are slightly intensified. It still needs additional seasoning, however it's still my favourite, go-to ready-meal, mac and cheese.
