Classic Cheezecake

Well Loft

This burnt cheezecake is a blessing. The creator, Zenna, is a blessing. If you thought that you'd have to forgo  American style cheesecake when you went vegan, YOU THOUGHT WRONG! This is so frickin' good. Delicious crust that ain't too thick, the awesome filling that's so rich & cheesy and the burnt top that adds a slightly smokey flavour. This was my top dessert for 2019, beside nomVnom's Original Vegan Egg Tart. Highly recommended.
