Dall’Albero La Fermenteria Vegetale

This vegan Camembert cheese was part of the Christmas Box I have bought for the holidays, to share with my non vegan family and to take my veg cold cuts plates to the next level.

As I mentioned in my previous review, Dall’Albero is an Italian brand that produce some of the finest cashew cheese I have ever tasted.

This Camembert is just the thing! I am so speechless for how good it is..had to stop myself from eating the whole shape alone. Gosh it’s just too good.

100% bio ingredients, high in proteins, naturally dairy free.
What I really like is that there are actually three ingredients: cashews, water, salt and selected mold.

Extremely highly recommended for all those who are searching for the perfect vegan Brie/Camembert cheese.
I am in love!
