Review of Chairman's Bubur Char-Char at EMPRESS by ybgfry

Not really my kind of dessert. I liked the fruits, but didn't really like the rest of it (black glutinous rice, shaved salted coconut ice, coconut ice cream, yam)! The coconut ice cream is not sweet. I didn't realise the ice was salted or coconut either. #veganuary
