Review of Signature Claypot Tofu at Green Sprouts Vegetarian by ed8080

Served steaming hot in a claypot. Good variety of braised bean curd (firm tofu), mushrooms, mixed vegetables plus some vegan meat and seafood as well. All elements tasted great. Soak up the sauce with some rice.
