Review of Vegetable Sashimi (Cold Dish) at Joie by alyrauff

I loved this! Would eat a whole meal with just this.
I was super impressed. Not loving the oyster leaf but everything else was lovely.
The vegan sashimi was yum’ texture was close to salmon I think.
The coconut piece just tasted too much ñike coconut so i can’t remember what it was meant to represent.
The stuff in the glass that was red, that was very sweet, almost like a refresher before the next course!
Would happily eat so much more!
