Phad Thai Vegetarian at Jai Siam — Solomon's Review (Jan 1, 2021)

Phad Thai is something I miss dearly. Even vegetarian ones are not always easy cus traditionally it contains eggs and fish sauce.

When i order this, I see no eggs and since it’s vegetarian, I assume there’s no fish sauce. (However, still not 100% sure cus some people are ignorant)

I love Pad Thai. It’s one of the drunk foods I ate a lot when I was in partying all up Khao San Road in Bangkok. (back then I ate meat, so I hadn’t had Pad Thai in a loooong time)

I wrote down what I generally see in the dish .

Another thing: the tofu tasted funny to me, like it wasn’t pleasant (but maybe it’s just me)
