Review of Caifan Store at NUS Science Canteen (Frontier Phase 1) by darkchocoholic

bai cai, broccoli and cauliflower were fine (they were all cooked w starch but fortunately werent too starchy), but the tempeh was way too deep fried and hard for me :/
