Review of Caesar salad - Urban Remedy by serenaraquel

Caesar salad was my fave before I went vegan, so I was really excited to try this as it’s near impossible to find vegan Caesar salads anywhere. Well... honestly I was a bit disappointed. The dressing had a weird almost hummus-like texture and there was only a very small amount of it, definitely not enough to cover the whole salad. I also don’t like nuts and am kind of allergic, so I didn’t add those to my salad, but that’s just personal preference. Luckily everything comes on the side. This mainly got four stars for the originality of a ready made vegan Caesar.. but yeah.. I was not impressed =|
