This consisted of Creole-seasoned soy curls, spicy remoulade sauce, lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickles. It was a perfect example of how the taste of “meat” is heavily influenced by how it is prepared. In this case the Creole seasoning made the plant-based chicken lively and satisfying.
