This is my favourite brand for their regular and smoked tofu, but these missed the mark for me. The sage & onion combined with tofu produces a bit of an odd flavour, and the texture I found a bit too soft/mushy for a sausage. Interesting to try (and not awful) but I wouldn't rush to buy these again.
