The Vegan Breakfast at Lanzerac Deli — Belinda Gantz's Review (Dec 30, 2020)

Perfect combination of corn fritters with spinach and courgettes, with avo, coconut yoghurt and muesli. I would a few slices of tomatoes, just because I love red and green on a plate. :) The portion size is spot on as well, not too much, not too little. I was very impressed that Lanzerac, Stellenbosch, started catering for Vegans too. Highly recommend it.
