Review of Vegan chocolate blackout cupcakes - Rubicon Bakers by merylg4v

I am a huge chocolate lover and these cupcakes were a dream for me especially since I haven’t had a chocolate cupcake/cake since I went vegan. The frosting was super tasty and the cupcake itself was firm, and pretty moist, not dry. This might be overkill for some but the extra frosting filling inside the cupcake was a VERY pleasant surprise. Loved these cupcakes definitely recommend!!
