JUST Egg is such a versatile product. You can make omelettes, scrambled, eggs rounds for eating with a bagel or English muffin. I tried out making eggs bites in my pressure cooker and it was so dang easy! First, I mixed my seasonings right into the JUST Egg bottle, shook it up and poured the mix straight into the egg molds. The bottle filled up these 7 molds. I added vegan bacon and vegan cheese. Cooked for 9 minutes (next time I’ll go a tiny bit longer) a couple of them were a little too underdone for my taste. But they were delicious!!
