Another crabless cakes product. My husband found this one at the Independent City Market (Loblaws) downtown. He really wanted to try this brand and compare it.
I like it; however, I like Gardein's better. I fried mine up with veggies and my rice underneath has black bean and garlic sauce with a little Carolina reaper pepper and coconut milk. (Some other spices as well). After I bit one of the small patties I thought the tofutti sour cream would work well - and it did!
Next time I'm going to try it with lemon as the main flavoring.
The box is a little too big for the packaging but maybe they just wanted more space for the info and for the info to be noticed rather than having it inside. (Who knows).
