Review of Roast Beast - The Very Good Butchers by kaylabear

This was a great addition to my family’s Christmas dinner, where everyone else ate regular beef and I ate this. It’s quite small, but you can get many servings out of it. The texture is really meaty and the taste is a bit sweet. I didn’t love it at first but then it grew on me. It’s really good when paired with gravy or on a sandwich.
