Review of Giardiniera Leggera at PizzaExpress by xinru-t

The giardiniera pizza cost $20. I appreciated the fact that I could switch to vegan cheese at no extra cost; the melted vegan mozzarella cheese was gooey and savoury. However, I was extremely disappointed by the sparse amount of toppings. The pesto genovese garnish was also dripping in oil, making this pizza quite greasy and gross.
