Review of Carrot Cake at Privé Paragon by plantiful

I'm not a huge fan of carrot cake but i enjoyed this! they were SUPER DUPER generous with the walnuts and carrots in the cake layers and on top too 😍 I like how the cake was not too dense despite all the add-ins and it had a lovely fragrance of warm spices. the 'cream cheese' frosting was slightly tangy which complemented the sweeter cake and the slight bitterness of the walnuts nicely. have not had real cream cheese in 5 years but i personally think the frosting is pretty good. not sure if they intended for this to happen but the walnuts stained the frosting a pretty red-purple colour hahaha
