I sort of improvised a little by adding Dijon mustard, paprika & turmeric for that classic look of quiche 😌 that yellow hue
This Dijon is a solid, commendable product of decent standards! Well-established French brand there, Maille 👍 pas mal
*Asian cuisines rarely involve such mustard - hence my 1st experience with this incredible condiment (I loved how tangy & savoury it is, intriguingly delicious)
My failure: I'd used an 8-inch tart tin instead of the recipe's 9.5-inch 😅 which caused my pastry/crust to be overly thick 😗 voilà... undercooked & gummy
Bright side tho, the tofu filling was great🤭
