This bowl was also delicious. It had broccoli, rainbow carrots, bok choy, mushrooms, quinoa and brown rice with toasted sesame. It was also topped with an avocado that did get a bit brown because we had to do carryout, due to covid. The veggies were extremely fresh tasting and the teriyaki sauce was delicious! #veganin2020
