Review of Roasted King Oyster Mushrooms in Beijing Duck Style at Yang Shin Vegetarian Restaurant by tracypham

I loved dumplings but couldn't find any restaurant serves vegetarian dumplings. This was the only restaurant I knew so far.
It was fun to roll it by myself, however I think they could use other ingredient such as monkeyhead mushroom to add more "duck meat" texture to the dish.
