Actually, this is only the 2nd B12 supplement I've used for the past 2 years. I prefer the spray format much more, just like this one - super easy, convenient and the apricot natural flavour is lovely 😅 not the cheapest one but definitely high quality. Widely available at health stores (at least here in PT) and also online! #veganin2020
