This was a pretty good HSP, the house made meat, which is based on pea protein, was decent but lacked the ooomph needed for an amazing HSP (it is much better in the kevabs). As someone else said it is more falafel-ish than meat-ish. Still loved it though.

I feel like I need to do a mini review of the drink. It's 'salgam' AKA 'fermented pickle juice'. I'm guessing it's like the vegemite or durian of Turkey because apparently it's much beloved as an after kebab beverage. I found it as undrinkable as it sounds, it was like going to the ocean and swallowing sea water with a hint of black carrot. #alv #veganin2020
