This is a strange one to rate! Tried this out of curiosity. I’ve used hearts of palm for vegan ceviche before but never had a pasta dupe. Flavorless for the most part, pretty good texture. I don’t see myself replacing pasta with this but it is nice to add some texture and bulk to dishes. #veganin2020
