Bed of greens, roasted sweet potato, baby beetroot, chickpea popcorn, veggie slaw, baby tomatoes  topped with avocado, spinach tempura and dehydrated seed crackers served with a red pepper dressing. 
Very fresh and tasty. The spinach tempura is delicious #veganin2020
