Tofu Pad Thai at Rice Paper Thai Cuisine — ashes's Review (Dec 13, 2020)

Great flavor. The tofu is marinated perfectly and the noodles are cooked to perfection. I really enjoy this dish. It originally comes with egg and fish sauce, but I ordered it without. To make it vegan just say no fish sauce and no egg.
