The DIY bowl at The Daily Cut is a salad that allows you to build your own meal with a base of your choice, such as kale or romaine, and a variety of vegetables like charred broccoli, roasted pumpkin, and king oyster mushroom. Topped with roasted hazelnuts for crunch, it can be dressed up with a spicy pineapple salsa dressing. Some customers have reported that the vegetables can be a bit overcooked, but overall, the bowl is refreshing and healthy.

Love that they keep changing their salad options regularly.. you can choose the vegan items  from the mix and match menu. 

In my bowl - 
Base - Romaine + Kale 
Veggies - Charred Broccoli, Roasted Pumpkin, King Oyster Mushroom
Topping - Roasted Hazelnuts
Dressing- Pineapple Salsa (spicy)
