Review of Braised Daikon at The Nomads SG by heruvimdi

😋 Very hearty and delicious dish with yam, tofu and mushrooms. The broth is made using fresh chestnuts from Latvia (I think), so it gives out a very earthy flavour. Great as a palette cleanser.
